What does my Pokemon TCG Coaching consist of?

My sessions are 55 minutes long which in my experience gives myself and the client enough time for 2 games over webcam or ptcgo with critique, analysis, and time to recap the session. Studies have shown that 45 minutes is the suggested time for lessons due to the human brain’s average threshold for focus and attention and I tend to agree with these findings, but for the sake of finishing a session's content I have found 55 to be best. In the past, I have worked on gameplay, theorizing, deck building, meta gaming, and matchup conceptualization with clients.  I prefer to use discord for communication during coaching sessions but I will accommodate most situations.
